    Description & Overview

    The Q Users Experience Board is pleased to announce our 2019 Q National Users Group Conference.  This year’s conference will be held October 1 – 3 in Camarillo California. 

    Registration will open June 1st. We are excited to offer this wonderful opportunity to connect with other users of the Q product from around the country. Attendees will also be able to meet and speak directly with our vendor Aequitas, and the wonderful team of developers and support staff who work tirelessly to provide the best K-12 Student Information System available!

    It is our vision that the Q Users Experience is a vibrant, well informed and connected community. We strive to acheive this vision in collaboration with Aequitas Solutions, by promoting best practices and facilitating the exchange of information relating to the use of Q. The educational system is changing at an astounding pace and the Q Users Experience Board, in partnership with Aequitas, work together to meet the needs of Q Users. Our conference is designed to assist users of Q from all areas of the product to gain information, make connections with other users for the overall benefit of the community. The one thing we can assure you, this conference is not to be missed!

    General Registration Information

    Conference registrations include breakfast, lunch, mid-day snacks and beverages throughout conference. Registration also includes an evening networking dinner and social event on the end user conference day (see below). Business casual conference attire can be expected. Session and other presenter materials received will be posted on the website for the conference. Attendees are welcome to print the materials for the sessions they are planning to attend, or simply view them during the conference on their devices. 

    3 Day registration is $315.00.

    1 Day registration is $215.00.  1 Day registration is availible for day 2 only (October 2nd) and includes evening networking dinner and social event.

    Our Cancellation Policy is listed in Terms of Service, but is also listed here for your convenience. To receive a full refund of event registration fees, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to an event in writing to our mailing address, or via email to [email protected].  No refunds will be granted after this time.
